Enhancements
Record Total Reported Spend as a Percentage of the Overall Budget
Project managers can now see the total reported spend across all approved milestones as a percentage of the total budget, displayed on the project dashboard. This helps visualise actual spend versus reported spend and can highlight work in progress yet to be invoiced.
Enhanced Home Page Widget – My Project Time
Users can add enhanced the My Time widget to their SoCRM home page showing all their current project allocations, providing quick visibility of assigned work without needing to open each project individually.
Enhanced Project Summary Details
The project summary screen has been rebuilt for greater clarity, with improved information display and order. A new guidance document is also available for further detail.
View My Allocations on the Home Page
Individuals can now select and view their current project allocations as a widget, showing all allocations active as of today.
Improved Project Dashboard Insights
The project dashboard now provides better insights into project health, with renamed and amended information. Full details are available in the SoCRM Project Tracking and Oversight Guidance document.
View Timesheets for Any Individual
A new “Browse timesheets” button allows users to view (but not edit) any other individual’s timesheet, making it easier to track project time across the team.
Filter Contacts by Account
The Contacts dashboard now includes a filter by client account, making it easier to refine and locate contacts.
Unassigned View Shows All Unassigned Cases by Source
The unassigned cases view now uses the case source filter, ensuring cases are categorised correctly until assigned.
Highlight Over-Burning of Allocation in Timesheets
When recording project time, users will see a visual warning if they exceed their allocated time for the week, helping to manage workloads more effectively.

Improved logic ensures the correct filters are displayed in the project dashboard, addressing issues with duplicate or incorrect listings.
Budget % Not Populated in Main Project Dashboard
The “Budget Spent” column now displays correctly, resolving previous display issues.
Project Approval Outcome Not Being Received
Project managers now receive an additional email notification for approval outcomes, in addition to Teams Activity notifications.

The deletion process now automatically refreshes the view, so deleted elements disappear immediately.

Unsaved timesheet changes are now preserved when applying filters.
