Overview

This release delivers significant improvements to the timesheet functionality, alongside a range of bug fixes and usability enhancements. The update is designed to streamline time entry, improve performance, and provide greater flexibility and control for users and managers.


Major Timesheet Enhancements

  1. Performance Improvements

    • Saving your timesheet is now significantly faster, reducing wait times and improving overall user experience.

  2. Advanced Filtering

    • New filter options allow you to focus your timesheet view on project, admin, or case-related time.

    • You can now hide entries where no time has been entered, decluttering your timesheet and making it easier to review relevant data.

  3. Colleague Timesheet Viewing

    • We have added a new button to the timesheet toolbar so that you can view, but not edit, the timesheet of any colleague in the company. This supports managers and team leads in monitoring and supporting their teams.

  4. Project Time Entry Controls

    • The system now prevents project time from being entered outside of the individual's project allocation start and end dates, ensuring accurate and compliant time tracking.

  5. Simplified Entry Process

    • The process for adding new entries to your timesheet has been streamlined, making it quicker and more intuitive.

Project Enhancements

  • Project Director View: The "My Projects" now shows all projects where the current user is the Project Manager and now also the Project Director.


Additional Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Milestone Approval & Sharing Feature: Minor bug fixes have been applied to these areas for improved reliability.

  • Tab Defaulting: Resolved an issue where the projects tab would not reset correctly when creating a new project from the allocation screen.

  • Activity Filters: Improved filter options in My Activities, including the ability to toggle between Open and Completed tasks.

  • Lost Opportunity Notes: Added the ability to capture notes when closing an opportunity as lost, supporting better loss analysis and reporting.

  • Resurrect Lost Opportunities: You can now reopen a closed lost opportunity if it becomes active again.

  • Quick Notes Timeline: Quick notes now default to the time of creation, ensuring correct placement in the timeline.

  • Document Tab Refresh: The Documents tab in Opportunities now refreshes correctly when navigating between opportunities.

  • Sales Stage Visibility: The sales stage value is now visible when viewing opportunities within an account.
