Generate Meeting Notes and Tasks
When you record your meeting and use Copilot to transcribe, Copilot automatically generates detailed meeting notes and follow-up tasks shortly after the meeting ends. This feature helps capture all essential information and action items without manual effort.
Save and Assign Tasks
The video demonstrates how to take the Copilot output and save the meeting summary and tasks into the actual Microsoft Teams Meeting. From the tasks, you can automatically create To-do actions for everyone involved. The Meeting Loop component, which is automatically added to Teams Meetings, plays a crucial role in this process.
First, copy the generated notes and tasks from Copilot and paste them into the dedicated Meeting Notes area of the Loop component. If needed, amend the generated notes.
