We upgraded our consultancy client's Power App solution by enhancing their SharePoint data architecture. Additionally, we merged three distinct Power Apps into a single, unified app with a modern and user-friendly interface. As a result, our client now benefits from a more efficient and cohesive system that boosts productivity and operational efficiency. Unified App Development
We designed an advanced CRM Power App tailored to enhance our clients' coaching and mentoring services. This innovative solution improves their management, oversight, and productivity, ensuring a smooth experience for both coaches and mentees. By leveraging the powerful features of SharePoint lists, the app provides detailed reporting and analysis, enabling clients to make informed, data-driven decisions effortlessly. We created a comprehensive Power App to streamline the core business processes for one of our clients. This app handles everything from quote creation to product installation, as well as ongoing maintenance and warranty support. Over the past year, we also developed a complementary site survey and quote builder Power App, specifically designed for tablet use by engineers. These Power Apps not only enhance operational efficiency but also ensure a seamless workflow and improved productivity. By leveraging these Power Apps, our client can deliver better service, uphold high standards, and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
SharePoint Intranet Deployment

We partnered with a large client to design and set up a new SharePoint intranet, utilising the latest modern features to enhance internal communication and knowledge management. Our work resulted in the creation of 17 hub sites, organisational news sites, and intelligent navigation systems. This comprehensive SharePoint solution not only streamlined information sharing but also improved accessibility and user experience across the organisation. By leveraging these advanced SharePoint capabilities, our client has experienced significant improvements in internal collaboration, efficiency, and overall productivity, ultimately leading to better business outcomes and a more connected workforce.
SharePoint and Teams Client Training
Creating SharePoint and Teams Champions
As part of the client's SharePoint and Teams migration project, we took charge of their training workstream, delivering comprehensive training sessions to over 500 end users and team owners across the entire company. Our training program was designed to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the new SharePoint and Teams platforms. Additionally, we provided strategic advice on long-term learning and adoption strategies that the client could implement to sustain and enhance their digital transformation. This approach not only facilitated immediate adoption but also empowered the client to maintain high levels of productivity and collaboration in the future. By leveraging SharePoint and Teams, our client has achieved a more connected and efficient workforce.

Proving that the best solutions don't have to be big, we finished the year by launching a suite of new Microsoft 365 productivity apps. These small but powerful tools have been instrumental for our clients, solving some of the most common business problems in an easy and cost-effective way. Among the successful implementations:
Acknowledgement Manager - for policy compliance, helping clients ensure adherence to company policies seamlessly.
Workplace Manager - for efficiently booking shared resources like meeting rooms and desks, facilitating better management of office spaces.

Elevate 365 Live Webinars
Our new series of free training webinars, Elevate 365 Live, was a great success. Tailored to answer the most pressing questions of our clients, these sessions were delivered over Teams and received unanimously positive feedback.
