Seamless Integration


SoHR integrates effortlessly with Microsoft 365 because it is Microsoft 365, eliminating data silos and improving coordination across departments. And that is not all, SoHR onboarding can automatically create the new employee’s Microsoft account, prepopulating key information such as their job title, line manager and department.

Tasks


This feature can either be integrated with the new Onboarding feature or licensed independently. Unlike Onboarding, it does not include predefined task sets associated with specific departments or teams. Instead, HR or line managers have the flexibility to create custom tasks using SoHR Core or Control and assign them across the organisation.
