The session aims to provide an understanding of how Microsoft's Planner app integrates with other tools to manage tasks effectively.

Integration with Teams and Outlook

The integration of Planner with Microsoft Teams is highlighted, showcasing how users can access and manage tasks directly within Teams. The integration with Outlook is also discussed, emphasising how tasks can sync between Planner and Outlook, and how flagged emails can be converted into tasks.

Demonstration Session

He explains the use of buckets for different stages of recruitment (candidates, interviewing, onboarding, hired, rejected) and how to create and manage tasks within those buckets. He also demonstrates the creation of tasks from Teams posts and the integration with to-do lists in Outlook.
